Here’s a highlight that an audience member captured from when he spoke: “Low-voting communities want to be able to envision themselves as having influence over how they live their lives on a daily basis. We need to make this abstraction of ‘voting’ relevant to what tomorrow’s going to look like for them when they wake up in the morning. Design can help us get embedded in these communities.”
