Over the weekend, Rich attended the unveiling of the public art installation Portraits from a Place of Grace in the city of Virginia Beach.
Over several months, Rich took photographs and video interviews of members of the African American neighborhoods in the city. This installation is at the site of the future African American Cultural Center of Virginia Beach, and features 14 of the 52 portraits taken of community members.
