Rich Becomes Chair for City of Hartford Commission on Cultural Affairs

The City of Hartford Commission on Cultural Affairs believes that the city’s public art and cultural activities are visible expressions of civic pride. Through their initiatives, they aim to contribute to the quality of life of Hartford residents as they experience their community.

Rich has served on the Commission for some time, and has been elected as the Commission on Cultural Affair’s next Chair. He is excited to get new initiatives rolling and keep old ones going.
